How to unfreeze your account

To reactivate your account, simply reach out to support. Once unfrozen, you’ll be able to:

• Apply to new projects

• Receive direct invitations from researchers again

How to avoid being frozen

To keep your account active:

• Respond to invitations promptly

  • Accept the ones you want to join

  • Decline the ones you’re not interested in

• Don’t let invitations sit unanswered for more than 3 days

• If you know you won’t be available for a while, set your availability to Unavailable. This way you won’t get invitations you can’t respond to.

By managing your availability and responding to invites, you stay in control of when you’re open to paid interview opportunities.
