AppStoreResearch has launched its internal booking system to make it easier for participants to schedule research calls, join sessions, and receive payments—all in one place.

Visit Your Bookings Page

• Go to your Bookings Page (insert actual link)

• Click “Update” to set your local timezone—this ensures you see all call times in your own time zone.

• On this page, you’ll see:

  • All your upcoming scheduled calls

  • Call start links

  • Status updates after each session

How to Schedule a Call

1. Wait for an invitation:
   You need to be selected to participate in a research project first.

2. Schedule your call:
   Once selected, you’ll see an option to “Schedule a call” on your bookings page.

3. Pick your time:

   • Choose any available day and time slot

   • All slots are shown in your local time

4. Confirm the booking:

   • After booking, the session will be added to your Bookings page

   • You’ll get a link to join the call right away

Joining the Call

• You can join the call by clicking the Start Call link on your Bookings page

• You may start earlier than scheduled if agreed with the researcher

• After both you and the researcher leave the call room, the session is automatically marked as completed

Getting Paid

• Your payment will be added to your AppStoreResearch balance within 2 days

• Once the funds are on your balance, you can request a payout as usual via:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

  • Bank Transfer
