If you can't make it or need to cancel the call

If you can’t make your scheduled call, let the Researcher know as soon as possible. Ideally, you should notify them at least 24 hours in advance so they can adjust their schedule.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel within 3 hours of the call or don’t show up, the session is considered missed. If you don’t reschedule within 1–2 days, AppStoreResearch may deduct $25 from your account balance. Repeated missed sessions can lead to temporary suspension or account removal.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, try to agree on a new time with the Researcher. If it’s less than 24 hours’ notice, the other person can choose whether to accept the new time.
Technical issues or unexpected problems: Let the Researcher know right away so you can troubleshoot or adjust the call.
Remember, showing up on time or rescheduling properly helps everyone get the most out of the research and keeps your account in good standing.
