At AppStoreResearch, we understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, but we ask that researchers make every effort to cancel or reschedule interviews in a timely manner. To ensure fairness for all parties involved, our cancellation policy states that if a researcher cancels a call less than an hour before, misses the interview entirely, or fails to reach out to reschedule within a day (minimum) before the scheduled call, they may be charged a cancellation fee, and credit that fee to the relevant participant.

The cancellation fee will be in the form of one recruitment credit, which will depend on the researcher's pricing plan.
