We know that emergencies happen, but researchers are expected to make every effort to attend or reschedule interviews in a timely manner.

Here’s what happens if a researcher misses a call:

• If the researcher cancels less than 3 hours before the call or doesn’t show up, both parties should try to reschedule.

• If the researcher remains unresponsive and it’s not possible to charge them for the missed call, the participant will receive 50% of the agreed incentive for that session.
